At Cozmo Recon, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review the following shipping guidelines before placing your order.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within one (1) business day of receiving payment if the order is placed by 11:00 AM MST. Some orders placed through Shopify may require additional time for payment verification and processing.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Certain products, custom kits, training materials, or paint-related items may require additional preparation time before shipment.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship throughout the United States using major carriers, including UPS and USPS.
Shipping transit times vary based on destination and the carrier service selected at checkout.
Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Hazardous Materials Shipping
Certain products sold by Cozmo Recon may be classified as hazardous materials for transportation purposes, including paints, reducers, clear coats, aerosols, and other refinishing products.

Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, Cozmo Recon is not responsible for delays caused by:

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-routed, returned, or re-shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged:

Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

Take photographs of any visible damage.

Retain all packaging materials.

Contact Cozmo Recon within five (5) business days of delivery.
Claims reported after this period may be denied by the carrier.
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery performance is under the carrier's control. However, we will assist customers with carrier claims whenever possible.
Signature Requirements
Certain orders may require an adult signature upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for any carrier fees associated with missed deliveries, address corrections, or delivery changes requested after shipment.
Training Kits and Equipment
Training kits, professional repair systems, and specialized equipment may ship in multiple packages.
Items may arrive separately depending on carrier routing, inventory availability, and shipment size.
